Carson Day
Name: Carson Day
Married: Married to Ida (Strader) Day, Mo and Parkey Strader's little sister.
Ida graduated from Central in 1971. She used to run around with my little
sister and I hadn't seen her since 1968. We met at the 35th reunion and
were married in April 2005! A great big THANKS! to everyone responsible
for putting the reunions together.
Kids: I have two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Rebecca, both of whom
now live in Knoxville. Rebecca has given me two wonderful grandsons,
Tyson and Aidan. They are a blast and keep us on the run!
Work: I retired from AT&T in 1996 and have been a Real Estate Broker
with RE/MAX Preferred Properties specializing in residential and lake
front real estate since that time.
In touch with classmates: I see all the guys every year at our annual golf outing.
Thanks to Jack for putting those together every year and Jim Bateman, my
life long buddy, for hosting afterwards. These are HUGE fun!
Pets: We have two beagle-mix dogs, Bailey and Chloe, that used to belong
to my oldest daughter. Anyone want a dog?? We also have two very noisy
birds (Ida's) and one lonely fish.
Fond School Memories: I have too many to list here and some probably
shouldn't be publicized on the internet anyway.
