Spotlight on:Steve Lawson
Hi. I have been married to the former Marty Davis (Fulton HS ' 69) since 1972. We have two grown children. Wendy and Curt, both of whom live in the same area as we do.
We have lived in Decatur, AL since 1984 when I was transferred to Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant by TVA. I took an early retirement from TVA in 2000 after almost 29 years of service and since then I have worked as a consulting engineer with a small engineering company in Decatur.
I graduated from UT in 1972 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Marty and I have a granddaughter, Cassidy, who was born in August, 2000. We are both very involved in our church and Marty has worked as the church secretary since 1990. I enjoy working to restore my 1966 VW bug and I am also learning to play guitar.
